GENERAL
If you are picking up your purchase at your departure gate, a dedicated Concierge team member would be waiting for you at the boarding gate totem.
For other regular products, it is currently unavailable to specify the preferred delivery date.
Currently, we partner with Hong Kong Post / SF Express / DHL to provide delivery service to local residential and business address. For products to be delivered by retailers, the service will be provided by the retailers’ appointed service partner.

If the Product(s) you ordered is/are traveler-only Product(s), the delivery will be arranged after we have verified your boarding pass successfully.
For some hamper products indicated with ‘Local Delivery by Retailer’ collection method on product details page, the retailer will arrange delivery separately.
HKairportShop.com will arrange delivery for other regular products in another shipment.
You will receive separated email notification with tracking number upon shipment is ready to dispatch.

If you purchase hamper product(s) to different shipping address and/or on different preferred delivery dates, order will be separately placed after successful payment . Please check if you have received other order confirmation emails or check in My Orders.

LUXURY CONCIERGE
Subject to retailer’s arrangement, you may deliver your order to a local address (with 3-5 postal days delivery lead-time) by paying a shipping fee of HK$100 or spending HK$300 or above.
You may also deliver your orders to non-local destinations (with 2 weeks delivery lead-time) by paying a shipping fee of HK$300 per order or spending HK$2,500 or above. For products over this value, please pick-up at the retail store.
