Where can I collect my order?
You may collect your order at the retail store at the airport or HKairport Shop Concierges. You can also collect the order at your departure gate; the charge for the service is HK$100 per order, or receive complementary service upon spending over HK$1,000 per order.
What documents do I need to provide to collect my purchase?
You must present your pickup QR code for collection. Your boarding pass and passport will also be checked for the purchase of dutiable product(s).
Where can the order be delivered to? How much does it cost? How long does it take?
Currently, we partner with Hong Kong Post / SF Express / DHL to provide delivery service to local residential and business address.

Can I track my purchase while it is being delivered?
Yes. You will receive an email with the parcel tracking number when your order is shipped.
After I placed my order, I have not received the SMS/email notification of my order. What should I do?
There may be a few minutes delay before you receive the SMS/email notification after you have placed your order. Please click here to contact us if you have not received the notification after 15 minutes.
What can I do if I am not able to collect my order at my selected pickup time?

LUXURY CONCIERGE
Where can the order be delivered to? How much does it cost? How long does it take?
Subject to retailer’s arrangement, you may deliver your order to a local address (with 3-5 postal days delivery lead-time) by paying a shipping fee of HK$100 or spending HK$100 or above.
You may also deliver your orders to non-local destinations (with 2 weeks delivery lead-time) by paying a shipping fee of HK$300 per order or spending HK$2,500 or above. What is the maximum amount for delivery service?
We deliver products up to HK$100,000. For products over this value, please pick-up at the retail store.
Do I need to pay taxes and duties for order delivered to non-local destinations ?
Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied by customs authority in the destination of delivery. Please contact the local customs office for further information.
