Grown in Mount Wuyi of Fujian Province, a half-fermented tea with a legend of being a gift only fitted for Emperors in Chinese history. The farmers use twigs joining method to transplant Dao Hong Pao to the lower slopes of Mount Wuyi and have successfully cultivated the shrub in tea farms now.

Leaves are long and twist, drink is bright red, robust with strong aroma and after taste is long lasting. A floral fragrance of osmanthus, also known as “Harmony of Rocks” is its specialty.
