Over 20 years our talented teams have hand nurtured every drop. The Dalmore distillery produces a spirit renowned for depth and finesse, perfectly suited to maturation in carefully curated casks. This new expression rests for an initial period in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. The whisky is then 100% finished in the rarest 30 year Old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks exclusive to The Dalmore, sourced from esteemed sherry makers Gonzalez Byass, of Jerez. These casks were previously used within the unique solera system to produce the distinguished 30 Year Old Matusalem oloroso sherry.
Extra years of maturation gifting a higher strength of 43.8% and real rarities of flavour. Delicious notes of sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan. And a finish of peaches, ginseng, pear tarte tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.
