The American red oak barrels hand-picked by the Sogden malt masters are used to add a subtle creamy vanilla flavor during the aging period, and bottled at 57.3% original wine strength. The whiskey and oak barrels are perfectly balanced, revealing the mellow fruit of fresh mixed fruits aroma, with spicy ginger spice and oak barrel flavors.
