You can also collect the order at your departure gate; the charge for the service is HK$100 per order, or receive complementary service upon spending over HK$1,000 per order.

If you are picking up your purchase at your departure gate, a dedicated Concierge team member would be waiting for you at the boarding gate totem. Please refer to here for more details.

You must present your pickup QR code for collection which is shown on the order confirmation and ready for pickup email. You can also retrieve from My Orders. Your boarding pass and passport will also be checked for the purchase of dutiable product(s).

Generally, most of the products are available for delivery, while duty-free liquors and some particular products are not available for delivery subject to retailers.

For some products indicated with ‘Local Delivery by Retailer’ collection method on product details page, you can choose the preferred delivery date during checkout. The actual delivery date may vary subject to promotion period, extreme weather conditions and any special postal arrangements by the retailers’ delivery service partners.

For other regular products, it is currently unavailable to specify the preferred delivery date.

Currently, we partner with Hong Kong Post / SF Express / DHL to provide delivery service to local residential and business address. For products to be delivered by retailers, the service will be provided by the retailers’ appointed service partner.

Yes. You will receive an email with the parcel tracking number when your order is shipped.

If the Product(s) you ordered is/are traveler-only Product(s), you will receive an email requesting to provide the relevant boarding pass within five (5) days of your flight departure to verify your eligibility to purchase. The name, flight date and flight number on boarding pass must match the corresponding information inputted at checkout for your purchase of any traveler-only Product(s) to be successful.

Once verification is completed, the order will be arranged for shipment.

In the event that the name, flight date or flight number on the boarding pass does not match the corresponding information inputted in checkout, or if you have failed to provide the boarding pass within 5 days of your flight departure in accordance with our request, the traveler-only Product(s) ordered by you will be cancelled and refunded.

For some products indicated with ‘Local Delivery by Retailer’ collection method on product details page, the retailer will arrange delivery separately.

HKairportShop.com will arrange delivery for other regular products in another shipment.

You will receive separated email notification with tracking number upon shipment is ready to dispatch.

Additional delivery surcharges will be charged by the retailers due to the following situations:

- The Product(s) cannot be delivered due to the recipient failure to acknowledge receipt

- Given Address is incorrect or incomplete

Yes, we accept deliveries to hotels for products to be delivered by HKairportShop.com. However, deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception or Concierge. You are required to inform the Hotel Reception or Concierge of your pending delivery. Order will be deemed as delivered once the order has been delivered to Hotel Reception or Concierge, and we will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Our normal delivery lead time is 3-5 postal days upon you placed the order, while traveler-only products will be shipped after we have received and verified your boarding pass successfully. Please be aware of the delivery lead time and the period of your stay at hotel in Hong Kong.

During checkout, please indicate your check-in & check-out date and room number (if ready) and provide a Hong Kong local contact number in the shipping address for delivery. If you do not have Hong Kong local phone number, you may provide the front desk contact number of the hotel.

We will endeavor to accommodate your delivery request. If the delivery cannot be made by check-out date, our Customer Services Team will contact you for pickup rearrangement.

Our Concierge Team in blue uniform will meet you at your boarding gate totem 45 minutes before your flight departure time (only for flights depart from HKT 09:45 to 23:15). The service charge for each order is HK$100, or you can enjoy a complimentary Gate Delivery service upon spending HK$1,000 for each order.
