1. Use HD Skin Powder Foundation and apply with the soft side of the sponge, blending outwards from the center of the face with dabbing motions. 2. For a softer and more natural look, swipe and blend with the fluffy side of the sponge. For a more natural finish or touch up: use brush #128 all over the face. |
