Glencadam 1997 Bourbon Barrel Single Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml
Glencadam is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, founded in 1825. The winery was closed in 2000 until it was acquired by the wine giant Angus Dandy in 2003. Today, Glencadam still maintains nearly 200 years of wine making experience and principles. In particular, the angle of the Lane's arm of the Glencadam Distiller is raised by 15 degrees to create a more unique flavor. Tropical fruit and floral aromas are the biggest feature of Glencadam Single Malt Whisky.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Bright golden yellow
Nose: Sweet malt mixed with delicate tropical fruit aroma, accompanied by nuts and cigar flavors
Palate: Rich oak barrel tonality, multi-layered and complex taste, combined with guava fruit aroma, hazelnut, and almond aroma
Finish: Soft oak and spices, ginger and pepper add to the finish
