| How to Use |

Using your fist, massage your masseter in a circular motion, moving from the front to the back as if relieving the stress. (8 times) 4. Use your thumb and index finger to stroke the face line, and lightly push the bottom of the ears, and stroke down toward the collarbone. 5. Lift the cheeks toward the temples. |
