The Dalmore proudly presents the Luminary series: a collection of limited edition single malts created by masters of their craft – be it in heritage barleys or architectural design. This second chapter of the series is created in partnership with V&A Dundee, Scotland's premier design museum, and matured for 16 years in Bourbon casks before being finished in Graham's tawny port pipes and Apostoles sherry casks. The complex flavour profile meanwhile brings forth notes of ripe figs, forest fruits, lightly roasted Colombian coffee and brioche.
