Tip: Master the perfect cat eye with the Perversion Fine-Point Eye Pen in four easy steps: 1. Start by drawing the tail end—align with the lower lash line and extend outwards and upwards. 2. Draw a straight line extending from the center of the top lash line and draw out until it meets the tail line (this is the outline of your cat eye). 3. Continue from the center of the upper lash line to the inner corner of the eye. 4. Fill in the entire area between the top and tail line to complete the look (meow!). |
