Bollinger Special Cuvée (Twin pack)
Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne is Bollinger’s benchmark for non-vintage wine. There are 2 different Bollinger blends. One is designed for Special Cuvée and the other, Grande Année.
Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blend of grapes and a majority of reserve wines, some of which have been aged in magnums for more than 15 years in the Bollinger cellars. However, it is a blend which whilst has subtle variations from year to year it maintains a distinct style and therefore is the hardest to make.
Special Cuvée Champagne truly reflects the full expression of Bollinger, the reason why it is used by the House as its benchmark.
